Flat tire help
Had an appointment for 730 and had to cancel over an hour later cause mechanic never showed. Apparently he shows up late a lot. Why schedule someone who is this unrealiable to be the only one till 11? Gave them an extra star cause the lady that checked me in was awesome and had great customer service. Usually have good experiences at this location but it's been going downhill lately. Hope you guys get some good mechanics that care again hired soon
Purchased four new Blackhawk agility SUV tires from Walmart and four TPMS sensors. The technicians had all of these installed, balanced, and the TPMS sensors functioning correctly in under 40 minutes. I then took the car for a drive to scrub the tires. I then came back and they retorked my lug nuts without question. I like these tires better than the Continentals I had previously installed but had aged out, and this was literally the best installation experience I've ever had for tires and TPMS sensors. Got there for my oil change appointment time, guy checked me in and said I was good, took my keys and told me to wait around. 1.5 Hrs later I go up to ask about my car and some guy says a ticket was never even generated and says “I thought you just left.” How could I have left without my keys? They didn’t even check. About a 3.5 hour endeavor of just getting my oil changed and they weren’t even busy. I will never go back here.
