Made an appointment for noon and sat there for two hours. I had to get 4 new tires put on, should not have taken that long. And whoever the older woman is with the glasses and long blonde hair at the auto service desk, is rude as hell. Never going there again.
The only place I've ever taken my car to in my life that you pay $50 and they don't check the air filters
had a 12:30 appointment for oil change , didn't get my car in the air till 2:00 pm total bullshit never coming back here again this is the niles Michigan location better off going else where
Bad service and bad tires. Only positive was driving on brand new tires to Tennessee that shredded and a Walmart was able to replace them. But most people don’t want to worry about new tires on a few hundred mile trip.
On November 13th, waited in line for over 30 minutes just to get the $12 core charge refund for a battery. There was only one customer in front of us who was exchanging batteries. However, the cashier had no idea what he was doing and had to have someone come back from customer service. He also answered the phone several times, instead of waiting on the customers in line.
