Bad service and bad tires. Only positive was driving on brand new tires to Tennessee that shredded and a Walmart was able to replace them. But most people don’t want to worry about new tires on a few hundred mile trip.
On November 13th, waited in line for over 30 minutes just to get the $12 core charge refund for a battery. There was only one customer in front of us who was exchanging batteries. However, the cashier had no idea what he was doing and had to have someone come back from customer service. He also answered the phone several times, instead of waiting on the customers in line. Had a 10:00 appointment to have 2 tires put on. Sat for over an hour waiting for service. Having an appointment was useless. 3 hours later! my car was done. They threw out the wrong tires and had to find them. Luckily I had them marked. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AUTO CENTER
Every single expierence I have had with this specific location in terms of the auto care center has been nothing but negative. I've called multiple times for pricing and they are always rude on the phone acting as if my time wasn't as imporant because they are swamped and over schduled.
Very helpful and personable staff, easy breezy experience.
