I have never experienced such rude and unprofessional customer service as I did at the Walmart Auto Care Center in Robinson, PA. The employees there clearly have no manners and absolutely no idea how to speak to or treat paying customers. An oil change took almost TWO HOURS, and this was on a slow day with barely any cars waiting. That kind of delay is completely unacceptable. My husband went here for tires yesterday. He had an appointment at 5pm. He got there at 4pm. There was 1 person there. And that individual waited until 6pm and told him they couldnt get his lug nuts off the tires. He waited 2 hours!!! My husband offered to go out and get them off and was told he wasnt allowed. Even though he has done it before with my previous car. Today, he went to Monroe and they had no problem getting the lug nuts/ tires off. Couldn't call in. Went online and wanted 2 credit cards and the numbers then got a fraud prevention call from my bank. I canceled 4 tires and oil change. Will only do it in person. Buy cheap get cheap
I had an appointment scheduled at Walmart for February 17, 2026, for an oil change. They are working very poorly. They keep canceling my appointment by themselves without informing me properly. I am very dissatisfied with their service. I always schedule appointments with them and never had a problem before, but this time they were very unprofessional and unfair. When I went there and tried to speak with the manager, they said it was not their fault and did not give me a clear explanation.
