They are scammers. Bought new tires with 50,000 mi warranty. Drove less than 20,000 on them and tires are done. Roteted wheels twice not counting changing them for winter (I have a separate set of wheels with Bridgestone Blizzak tires for the winter) by myself. I have my winter tires, I have pictures of the car on them, but they're still saying that I have no documentation. They are refusing to fulfill their obligations. Never buy tires at Walmart! They're worse than others and it's almost impossible to be within the warrant... read more
I was gonna do oil treatment, i told the young employee that i wanna do it. He said you have to wait till they call you once my vehicle finishes. I waited and ask them. Team leader told me that they cannot do it after oil change, and did not take responsibility of what his young employee said to me. It’s very unprofessional. + it took 1 and 30 hours to change oil. They told me that they were gonna do it in 30 minutes.
