Probably gotta better shot at fixing it by yourself. Even if you don’t know what you’re doing. Cause they don’t either. And by all means don’t make an appointment cause they won’t be on time anyway. And DO NOT call the store cause you’re not gonna get anyone. And when you do they hang up.
The worker here totally ignored my presence at the counter. He spoke to a friend, stating he was on his way to taking a break. I asked him if anyone could assist me. He then proceeded to call his colleague to assist me. They were unable to help me after all.
