Avoid this place—complete waste of time. If you need a quick oil change or tire service, go somewhere else. They clearly do not train their technicians to proper standards. I had to wait over two hours just for a basic oil change while the garage staff did whatever they felt like—hanging out on their phones and smoking outside with zero supervision from team leads or the manager, who is completely full of himself. I use Walmart automotive all the time for my oil changes and tires. They have the best prices and they get me in and out timely. The only complaint is they are very hard to get in the telephone. Please hire more staff to help man your phone calls.
Absolutely horrible. The workers are very unprofessional, and NEVER AVAILABLE EVEN WHEN YOU ARE STANDING THERE FOR 20 minutes I bought a 2 tires 4 days ago and one of the ones they sold had a pin hole in the sidewall and they said since I did not have the warranty I can’t get a refund (4 days faulty tire and it’s my fault? I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE
They never pick up the phone.I have a appointment at 12pm come on time,they start working on my car at 1.07 pm.All this time sit and wait for the car to complete.You guys needed work on time.Away from this place
