Extremely disappointed with the service I received. I came in to get my front tires replaced and asked to keep my back two, but after waiting around, I was told—five minutes later—that they couldn’t remove my wheels due to the lug nuts. What’s frustrating is that they were the ones who installed the tires in the first place, so if there was an issue, it was created by them. Awful place. Wasted so much of my time. They cancelled my appointment not once but twice. No organization. What do you expect. Go anywhere but here

I had an appointment at the Walmart Auto Care Center from 12:00 to 1:00 PM and arrived early at 11:40 AM to make sure leaving on time, However, they didn’t start the service until 1:26 PM, and it wasn’t completed until 02:30 PM. I had to be at work by 2:00 PM, and because of the delay, I ended up missing work. Very disappointed with how poorly they managed the appointment schedule.
