I recently had a simple service which was replacing the light bulb on the drivers side bc my taillight went out. Yall bogus for not securing my tail light back properly back in place will NEVER return.
Over 2 hours for an oil change, all while I watched them out the window as they meandered and twiddled their thumbs with my hood open. No updates, no communication. What are we doing here?
