They were awesome fast, which is saying something because we were in a Ram 3500 ProMaster, and vans have tiny engine compartments. Everyone was super professional, tidy uniforms, and all the things that some people have been apparently complaining about. Just flip past all those negative reviews and come get your stuff handled here.
Went there early for a tire change. Waited an hour for them to say “your lug nuts are too tight.. we can’t do anything it’s policy”. YOU ARE THE ONES WHO SERVICED ME LAST TIME. WHAT?
Rude as hell and not helpful at all
Save yourself the trouble and just go somewhere else….
"I'll make an appointment" I thought. "It's only an oil change and tire rotation and balance" I thought. Two hours and counting. There was no mention it would take this long and now I've lost most of a weekday morning to this slow service. Price and actual service have always been decent here. I've now been waiting 2.5 hours. I was on time for my appointment at 7:30 and it is now 10:00. It looks like they're just finishing. Please let this be done!!!
