Every time I come in anymore no one can tell me the same thing. I called brought a tire over told them it was previously patched, then the following day was told that they can’t patch the tire because of the previous patch?!??!? It was “against their policy” sure would have been nice to know BEFORE dropping it off the night before and driving 45 minutes!
Absolutely terrible service. Went in to have two tires mounted and balanced. Told the cashier several times what services we were in for. She then proceeded to quote a price for both services together and told us it would be about an hour. Over an hour later I received a phone call to speak to the tire tech to again explain what was being done. The service was finally completed after almost three hours. I would never recommend anybody to take their vehicle to this place the last time I had my car here they did not do an oil change at all. They just added more oil to my car 3 1/2 quarts more oil to my car. They replaced a the oil filter but didn’t drain the old oil out of the car so I had a total of 7 1/2 quarts in my four-cylinder car luckily it didn’t do anything to my car so I would recommend anybody to go to Jiffy Lube in Chambersburg and have Tyler take care of you what you need done to your car‼️
