We've been taking our Hondas to Wally's for years. They're friendly and honest. You won't be tricked or upsold on unnecessary work.
I had a very disappointing experience with this place. I took my Acura in because of a loud clunk noise when I put it in reverse. Another mechanic had identified that the noise was coming from the transmission and that it had been overfilled with fluid, which they corrected. The car was jerking a little bit while driving. When I brought the car Wally's, they insisted on replacing a torn intake boot for $200 (which is excessive). So far the mechanics has been transparent with regards to the repairs and will work with you with regards to your car. I have been with wallys well over 5 years and have both my toyotas serviced with wallys precision performance!!
Wally’s is the best! They are professional and HONEST. I stopped taking my car to Lexus for service because they were always trying to upsell me. I’d bring the car in for an oil change and they would say I need brakes or even a water pump. I found Wally’s online and they had great reviews, I’ve been taking my car there ever since. Thank you Wally’s for your GREAT service.
