I got an assortment of kronuts and two kinds of bread pudding. Everything was amazing. They took the time to explain what everything was before I ordered and I even learned a little bit about different textures on the kronuts. I will definitely be going back!

The cinnamon sugar kronut is probably these kronut I have ever had! And the baker is incredibly friendly. I can't wait to go back and try the other things on the menu! This is a northland gem that I am happy I finally discovered!
Stopped by the other day because I'm not in the area much. Boy am I glad I did! Met Manfred, who told me a lot about the history of the business, started by his father, and how they are doing some reorganizing of their management right now. The retail side of the shop wasn't open, and I was a bit skeptical at how the building looked from the outside, but I decided to test the odds. This is becoming our tradition to go get some yummy treats on Saturday. I love everything I have tried!
They are in the process of remodeling. But this did not affect the perfection of the pastries. Excellent!
I have been going to this shop for years. It is a second generation pastry shop and probably one of the oldest businesses in the northland. My husband and I love the petit fours. I buy them on a regular basis, but always make sure I have some on hand for holiday dinners. Why bake dessert when I can order pastries from Wally's? The pastries are light and delicate and the chocolate icing is like no other! Don't pass up the krownutz either!
