Such a kind and generous store owner who obviously cares about his customers. After only one visit he's got my loyalty as long as I'm in Seattle.

Paul (the owner) is the nicest man alive. He genuinely cares for our bulldog Henry and worked with us to find the exact food that worked for Henry. We will never go to another pet store again!
I love this place. Paul stocks an excellent selection of canned cat foods. And he is just an all around wonderful person. I always experience Wally's Pets as a genuinely warm place of community gathering. Really. Paul is the kind of person who generates that. And he hires great people to help him out in the store. He really cares about quality food and litter for cats (and I'm sure good food for dogs, too.) He has advised me well, and often sent me home with yummy free samples for my pet.
