Only bring your truck here for a simple oil change if you have at least 4 hours to kill. I called the service department at 07:20 am and asked about getting my truck in for an oil change that day around 12:00 pm. I was told that shouldn't be a problem and they could get it in shortly after I arrive. I sat in the lounge area for over 2 hours before the truck even came into the shop and now I've been sitting here for another hour waiting for them to finish.
Very disappointed in their service dept, took the truck in because of engine running rough, replaced sensors and then found head gasket leaking coolant onto a cylinder. That cylinder was scored, asked the mechanics how the rest of the looked like they said good, went with one cylinder pack and a head gasket and had the head pressure checked, head was good so left it at that. To cheap to have someone wait with their truck so they screw other drivers over and have the truck wash pull the trucks in and jump line
Trying to figure out why Wallwork Truck Center would open a truck shop in Minot, ND and not have a service truck to go out on service calls and also say they're an R-Way Dealer and not carry one dang part in stock.
Unauthorized work, ridiculous price, promises to deal with it not kept and calls not returned.
