Mainly go there for parts. Few times I did use their shop I was pleased. If I have a motor issue I go to the Detroit shop or CAT when I had a cat. No one deserves a 5
I have been to this shop a couple times over the years. This time stopped in with a wiring problem. Needle in a haystack deal. Same as before, they treated me great, took couple days to find the problem, but they fixed it. I don't feel like I was over charged at all. I was very happy with service and was treated great. Definitely would recommend to others.
Had to wait for 8 hours to fix truck bunch but these shops don't care bunch of BS

Went in for oil change and tail lights on tractor not working. Oil change they did a good job and timely, about 3 hours, not sure. Tail lights though still didn't work when I left after 7 hours total time there. I was charged for parts and labor for work that didn't fix the problem. Turns out the issue is a harness that is covered by warranty, gonna call to see if I can get reimbursed for the parts and labor, just haven't had time. My dead Grandma is quicker. And they never call to let you know job done if you drop off your truck.
