I love the staff here! My family and I hv been visiting here for over 10yrs! I stay in Cypress and make the drive monthly (daughters hv braces) to see their friendly faces! very well educated staff with both professional and just plan old common sense life lessons!!!😁😁😁😁😁😁🙄
They were all professional and I'm very scared of the dentist and they went over and beyond to make me feel comfortable! Awesome job ladies!
I like this place because all the employees are very professional from the moment you walk in until you leave. They perform their work very well and make you feel confident.
Everyone is very professional and friendly. They give me VIP treatment....lol while my kids are inside getting their monthly braces treatment I sit in my car (sometimes) and wait on them if I'm needed for anything they come to the car and talk to me. Plus it's always no wait time....We walk in and they are called to the back right away.
WARNING!! Do not use this dentist!!!! My poor mother has been going here since December, time after time, to get a new prosthetic. They agreed on a particular type of prosthetic, EVEN billed the insurance....broke her current prosthetic while she was at one visit, now it's time to get her new one and they called her today and stated THEY MADE A MISTAKE AND COULD NOT GIVE IT TO HER! They admitted it was THEIR MISTAKE...yet REFUSED to honor the agreement. Who does business this way? Especially to an elderly patient. My next ca... read more
