Extremely disappointed. Estimate was given to replace guttering on my home and was given a time frame of five weeks as they were booked well in advance. No problem. Its been eight weeks and we've yet to hear back from them. Don't waste your time, they don't show for their agreed upon appointments.
Boy the people that own / operate this business have no clue how to run a business. Called and left a voice mail for an estimate name info etc. When it was time for the appointment someone claimed to come out and knock on my door ( no one ever showed up ) I have 2 dogs and believe me anytime anyone walks on my porch they bark and let me know people are here. Hired Wallis to install gutter covers on the house. Knew that I had an issue with the gutters draining well also. Crew came out and resolved all issues, installed the gutters covers and cleaned up. Very professional personable personable crew. Did excellent work. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for the service. 5 stars all day long
From start to finish the work was fantastic... We had a small spot that after a heavy rain needed to be adjusted and they took care of us! Very happy customer
They recently came out to replace a gutter another company had installed on a barn we had built less than 2 years ago. It was the same crew that put gutters on another building of ours about 5 years ago. A company that keeps the same crew for years and does great work is doing something right. Doug was easy to work with and explained why the other company's guttering had failed. Doug's crew was great, they explained the work, what was needed and more importantly, what was not needed. Highly recommend.
