Whomever drives the pickup truck with the checkerboard pattern on the sides and the big "WALLINGFORD" across the windshield needs a lesson in safe, courteous driving. They tailgated me for miles and kept surging up to my bumper trying to intimidate me even though I was already driving in excess of the posted speed limit. Walk in to Auburn location shopping for new 35 to 50 hp tractor. No one acknowledged me and after I stuck my face in front of person at front desk hiding behind a computer screen, I was directed to two gentlemen behind glass sharing an office. I walked out 4 or 5 minutes later and I’m pretty sure they still don’t care. Bought a 45 hp tractor down the road but not at this place!
After what my son went through, i would never recommend these people for service. Dented his exhaust pipe on his outlander, will not own up to it, when he went to pick it up it machine would not even start... thier response was "well tough shit"...Wow great customer swrvice...i will be avoiding buying here...

I worked with both Mark and Cody to purchase my new tractor. They were both very patient and willing to answer all of my questions and help me decide which model to purchase. I found them to be very competitive on the price of the tractor and implements and I was treated fairly on my trade. The delivery was very thorough and detailed. Cody offered a number of helpful tips that are not included in any of the manuals. I would recommend Wallingfords.

They have no problem selling u equipment but service sucks. Brand New machine and they don't bother fixing a recall on it before I take it home then 3 weeks to fix it after. Takes 6 months plus, and talking to a Kubota representative to get machine worked on.
