Placed an order for replacement Garage window glass for my Mothers garage. Woman at desk took name / number. Had no details of when it would come in, did not ask for payment info, etc. Never heard from them again. I had this same thing happen maybe 10 years ago and FINALLY went back to try again. They are not interested I guess. Pro Tip: If you just need some glass for a Garage, etc. then Ace Hardware will do it. I finally went there and it was done same day.
I had the misfortune to walk into the glass slider in our kitchen one evening. The slider was an old one and the glass was not safety glass. It broke into huge shards of heavy glass. Our beloved and trusted contractor recommended Wallex Glass and Alex arrived the very next morning to assess the work. He and Chris finished the job by early afternoon. I am a Realtor and had a seller with three broken seal windows in need of repair to satisfy the requirements of the buyers of the home. At the time, this was the last thing my clients needed to deal with. I ordered two glass replacement windows (they were under warranty), of which one of the windows came in the window frame.
