With 4 weeks of a heads up, this is how I walked into my apartment the day of move in. I had to clean my apartment myself, and gave them seven to eight months of a second chance. Since then I have lost hot air in the middle of winter with no fix, a leak over my bed in my bedroom, a leak over my bathtub that I was told would get addressed the day after move in and never saw the maintenance man again. I lived in the Summit apartments in Huntsville, TX for 2 years. I moved out at the end of September 2024 and have yet to receive my $500 deposit back from this company. I was told by the property manager that everything was good with my apartment upon move out and gave him my forwarding address for the check. After talking with the property manager again after months of not having my deposit returned, I was told that the main office is responsible for cutting the checks. YOU DID NOT HELP WITH GIVING ME A PHONE NUMBER OR SOMEONE ELSE TO SPEAK TO FROM THE OTHER COMPANY THAT I NEEDED. JUST A NAME AND NOT A CLEAR ONE AT THAT YET WITH LAUGHTER IN THE BACKGROUND FROM YOUR TEAM AND LACK OF CARE FROM YOU. To summarize my review first, with all the respect to Mr.Waller, I highly recommend to fire most of the current employees and hire new ones: Amanda Fuller, Brianna, Stevie, Annabelle are unprofessional, lazy and disrespectful. Fortunately, other problematic people (Matthew Kroencke, Larisa Vega) are not with WGPM any more. To be more specific: 1. I've rented a unit managed by WGPM for 9 months.
