Check in was quick and efficient. The medical assistant went beyond and made sure I had every number I needed since I don't really do email. Dr. Waller ran about 10 minutes behind which is "on time" in my book. Dr Waller took his time to explain my upcoming surgery, and asked multiple times if I had any questions. The referral and everything was sent over and by the end of that same day, my surgery and PT was scheduled

Dr. Waller, aside from being a well-trained, excellent and professional surgeon, is completely supportive of the welfare of his patients. He spends as much time as necessary listening to the needs of his patients, and working with his patients to ensure pain is well managed after surgery.
