I would not recommend using this company. Everything started off well, but after we paid, there were still important tasks left for the firm to complete. Instead of receiving proactive support, we encountered repeated pushback, excuses, delays, and poor communication. Just needed some clarification on something, simple questions to get told it’s a $250 consultation fee. They might be good attorneys but for someone who is on a fixed income, to simply get some questions answered I can not afford that.

Roger and Jay make you feel comfortable and they are pragmatic about situational outcomes. Talking with them was not only reassuring but enjoyable. They followed through within 48 hours and have been very communicative. Use this firm!! The only thing I’m upset about is that we didn’t find them sooner.
