I ordered parts for my 2024 Elantra bumper and grill back in May. It is now July 21. I was originally told it would take about a week for the parts to arrive. Upon further communication I was told the parts were on back order and would be in June 18th. That didn’t happen. I was then told they would arrive the following Monday. I waited another 4 weeks for no communication from them to then be told the grill arrived damaged so they had to send it back and order another one. I went for repairs after a small collision. Repairs were done early and they kept in touch every step of the way. Getting in an accident is usually really inconvenient, but the whole process was very well handled.

I dealt with Moe and Ron, both of whom were great. My car had been in their care for 3 weeks due to waiting on a part. I was getting anxious as my insurance had said I was being cut off from my rental. I called and spoke to Ron and was less than kind when all he was trying to do was get an answer from General Motors as to why a dash light was on. Ron was calm and cool dealing with me and got me my car back that day. When I picked it up, he was friendly and made sure my car was spotless. Overall, a great experience! Thanks ag... read more
