I went for repairs after a small collision. Repairs were done early and they kept in touch every step of the way. Getting in an accident is usually really inconvenient, but the whole process was very well handled.
I dealt with Moe and Ron, both of whom were great. My car had been in their care for 3 weeks due to waiting on a part. I was getting anxious as my insurance had said I was being cut off from my rental. I called and spoke to Ron and was less than kind when all he was trying to do was get an answer from General Motors as to why a dash light was on.
