Both of my kids have been going thru the treatment. Dr Wallace is very experienced, caring, attentive to details. I highly recommend him.
I would like to share my disappointment with our recent appointment experience. My child has braces, and we came in for a scheduled maintenance visit. We were considered 20 minutes late, and I understand that being late can affect the office schedule. However, after we arrived, we were asked to wait another 10 to 20 minutes, and then we were told that nothing could be done and that we needed to reschedule. If the office already knew the maintenance could not be performed due to timing, I wish we had been told that right away... read more
