I’ve bought many cars over the years, and this was probably the smoothest experience I’ve ever had. Natalia was awesome, we wanted a Tiguan but the JC location didn’t have one in the color we wanted, so she arranged to have one brought down from Bristol and it was there the next morning. The finance department didn’t play a bunch of games with us either. Overall a great experience.
Sales people just sat at the building not bothering to try and sell anything. Guess I'll buy elsewhere!
I’m just giving one star for the trade value on my car towards there 2023 jeep truck that was 35,000 with 42,000 miles on it my 2021 Honda sport with 42,000 miles on it they said was only worth 18,000 so i know for a fact my Honda accord is worth more so to me that’s trying to scam somone out of a car
I posted a long review about 3 months ago, and I only gave them 4 stars at the time as I was waiting on a part for my rails to my roof rack. Google won’t let me “edit” or “update” my review so I’m just going to leave a second one since that has been “fixed” and they truly deserve a 5 star review. I worked with Natalia when buying my Taos.
