I’m just giving one star for the trade value on my car towards there 2023 jeep truck that was 35,000 with 42,000 miles on it my 2021 Honda sport with 42,000 miles on it they said was only worth 18,000 so i know for a fact my Honda accord is worth more so to me that’s trying to scam somone out of a car
I posted a long review about 3 months ago, and I only gave them 4 stars at the time as I was waiting on a part for my rails to my roof rack. I would highly recommend Erika DeBlock @ Wallace VW….she walked my daughter through the process and was completely transparent—not always easy to find that at a car dealership. Everyone there was incredibly nice, but who really stood out was Erika DeBlock. She is incredibly talented and smart in and outside of her field and she was very passionate about helping me understand my vehicle and helping me choose what vehicle I wanted.
