brought car in for AC issue. not blowing cold. it was there under a year ago for same issue. spent $600 to get fixed. bring it this time and they "waive" diagnostics fee and then quotes me on the phone $300-400 but will have to order a part. i asked for a loaner car in the meantime and they eventually got me a loaner later that day so i had to go back and pick that up (which was dirty inside and hat rat poop in trunk). they got the part Monday morning and by noon the car was already ready. i go to pick up the car and my advi... read more
Visited WV in Stuart to look at a Certified Pre Owned vehicle I saw online. Joel Jester was very happy to assist. The vehicle was just as pictured online. Joel walked me through all the features and took me on a test drive. The purchasing process was straight forward. Joel was kind and accommodating. It was a very pleasant experience.
Recently purchased a new VW ID Buzz from Wallace VW. Their sales guy Joel Jester was awesome! I contacted him from Vero Beach and he answered my questions and sent me some specs on the vehicle before we drove the 40 miles to negotiate the deal.
