Kerriann Mcbean from Volkswagen Wallace was super helpful with picking out my car! We test drove a few cars and I asked to put a deposit down for her to hold my top pick. I was put in a position that I had to buy a vehicle, my VW Alltrack was tired (200k miles). I went back to VW Wallace and was greeted by KerriAnn. I originally went to sunrise volkswagen for service and caught them trying to rip me off so this time I decided to go to wallace volkswagen. My service representative , Mark was friendly and knowledgeable, it was the best experience i've ever had at the service department at a dealership. I will definitely return for repeat business.!
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. My daughter’s vehicle was brought in for routine service, including a tire rotation. We were told the tires could not be rotated because the technician believed the vehicle had different-sized tires. That information was incorrect—the tires are all the same size and could have been rotated.
