I've been thinking about getting a new car for a while now and went to visit Wallace Volkswagen a few weeks ago where I was helped by Dominic he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Since I was just starting to look at cars I wasn't sure what car I wanted at this point. He checked in with me every so often but was not "pushy" I was down to the Atlas Cross Sport and another car. He worked with me to get the car for what was in my comfort zone.

Your finance departments lack of communication turned us off and left us feeling like the dealership is trying to use their own bank instead of my bank. New update: Horrible company! They knew they were selling a lemon to my husband who is a wounded veteran. They don’t do anything to help fix the problem. We took the car in 3-5 times since we’ve owned the car and they always came back that there was “nothing “ wrong with the car even though you can feel the car loose power when you would accelerate.
