Patrick Walsh and his team are amazing! I’ve worked with them to buy my house and most recently to find tenants for my rental property. They got the property fixed up, painted, cleaned, and rented for competitive rent (even in this tough rental market) in no time. Super grateful for their efficiency. Easy from beginning to end. If you are looking for a realtor that understands construction and what to look for or avoid in a property, Patrick is your guy! Always very responsive and quick to act, it really amazed us how he could find the time. We saw so many houses over a multi-year span with him and not once did we ever get the sense that we were being neglected. We were looking at a "Fixer-upper" and his knowledge and advice was invaluable.
Patrick and his team were excellent to work with and we were able to find a new condo in our favourite neighbourhood. Patrick's knowledge of our preferred locations was very insightful and his humour and passion make the experience considerably more pleasant. We also had the pleasure of working with Caroline who assisted in closing, and provided all the paperwork and guidance we needed to secure our new place. Overall and incredibly positive experience, and I would highly recommend them in the future.
