Great personal, professional and kind care in my recovery. Every staff member makes your visit pleasant. Ryan is the best PT I've been to. He has helped near all of my family with different issues, me(60), my 20 year old and my 17 year old. The office is pleasant, clean and the 5 private rooms for private issues/therapy is much appreciated.

The office manager Bea was Unkind & Unprofessional! Her name was Bea. I went for therapy for a injured shoulder for the first time. This office manager certainly needs basic training 101, how to interact professionally with patients, that come to this office for therapy! Avoid Wallace therapy and go to a nicer place!
Bob and Eva worked wonders on my damaged shoulder. The massage, exercises, and maniipulations, necessary as they were, were sometimes painful, but Bob and Eva were such a delight to be with that I didn't mind so much. Everyone in this office, from the clerical staff to the practitioners is kind, considerate, and friendly. I am very grateful for their help and highly recommend their services!
