Lovely people all of the staff. My first experience with PT- They made it easy and fun. Luckily I was working mainly on range of motion and had no pain in my shoulder.They also worked on my balance which was the culprit for having fallen in the first place.Thanks again!
Great place for PT. Everyone is jolly and very nice to the patient and to each other. Eddie is a wonderful physical therapist, and I've been back again and again as different body parts ache.
Please read, if you want to save your money I went to Wallace & Nilan in August 2019 by a friend's recommendation. The therapists were lovely. During the same time, my husband was also going to a therapist, but at Excel Physical Therapy. I am not sure if the headache I encountered with Wallace & Nilan was worth it when Excel offered excellent service as my husband prescribed, and they didn't request payment upfront. RecommendedHad a fantastic rehab experience at Wallace & Nilan after a sprained ankle. The entire staff was very cheerful, helpful, and welcoming throughout my recovery. Can't thank them enough, I would strongly recommend them to anyone!
I highly recommend Wallis and Nilan. Fast, effective rehab following arthroscopic knee surgery. Individual attention and custom-tailored exercises that changed every week got me back on my feet in a hurry (thanks Matt!). I had knee surgery in October, and was able to go for a 12-mile hike and go skiing in December with zero pain or discomfort. Would absolutely go there again (and in fact I did - I rehabbed from surgery of the other knee at W&N 3 years ago).
I had plantar fasciitis in my right foot. Over 3-4 months and 2-3 visit per week, the very capable folks there, especially Katie Nichols and Matt Miranda, use a combination of hands on therapy and targeted exercises to gradually strengthen the muscles in my foot and reduce the pain. I’m essentially pain free at this point and, in many ways, healthier now that I was before I got the problem Thanks to all of you at the 19th and Chestnut location.
Started having back issues some years ago, which slowly but surely became a burden at work and in my life. Decided to finally do something about it and pay these guys a visit. Everyone here is phenomenal and really knows what they're doing; they give you specialized attention which led to my speedy and full recovery. Fantastic PT office with fantastic people - I can't recommend them enough!!!!

Three days after bowling, I was experiencing extreme pain along along with muscle spasms in my lumbar region. Having had spinal surgery 18 months prior to this episode, I was very worried that I had injured myself. I met with Katie and Liz who seemed to feel they could help by having me strengthen my core and gain more flexibility in my spine.
