I never had a visit. I was scheduled for one, but because they didn't have my records from the referring dentist, they told me they needed to reschedule. After 3 weeks and a handful of phone calls all made by me to their office because although they told me they were going to call me back they never did, and I just found out from them I need to talk to the referring dentist. Because of this fiasco I will never refer them, nor will I go see them.

I HAD SEVERAL VENEER'S PUT ON COST $10,OOO DOLLARS THEY ALL CAME OFF WITHIN ONE YEAR. HAD TO GO TO A REGULAR DENTIST AND SPEND MORE MONEY TO GET REAL CROWNS! I WOULD NOT SEND ANYONE TO THIS PLACE! GO TO A REAL DENTIST!

Dr. Wallace and his staff, Kim, Sarah, Chelsea, Lisa and Andy always make sure you are comfortable and understand what their gameplan is for you. They also help me get appointments with other clinicians that are involved with my care. If there were more than 5 stars, l would give them 10!

Bad Experience! High Cost & horrible workmanship! Had a temporary bridge made at the cost of $1300 which did not fit correctly. After 2 hours in the chair with his assistant working on me who could not get anything right I was told by Mr. Wallis that was the best they could do. 2 weeks later after trying to cope with the bad fitting bridge I was refused a second visit to correct the issues. I asked for a 50% refund and was refused! This dentist clearly does not know or understand how to please!

Had a veneer made by Dr. Wallace that was clearly the wrong color. The dentist went ahead and affixed it to my tooth because "I (the patient) said it was OK" . I am clearly not a professional and could not see what they could see at the time. I am disappointed they did not see the problem and use their professional judgement and "override" my approval. I felt like the dentist's technicians did most of the work and the dentist did not pay much attention to my case.

I have worn dentures now for 50 years and have been to several prosthodontists. I have a mandibular staple implant. Dr Wallace made me the BEST fitting dentures of my life. It is now 2016 and I live in a different state. I am now at the time where I have to get new dentures. I would do anything if Dr. Wallace could make them. He is so caring and so knowledgeable. At the time I had my work done on 2004 Kim, his asst, worked hand in hand with Dr Wallace. Fantastic experience!
