Mark Lady was very helpful and very prompt to respond to all of my messages. Very honest and direct. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family in the market for a vehicle.
They contacted me by phone. The sales people where very nice and helpful. They had a great price on the f150.

Very disappointed, after driving 3 hrs to look at a truck that was described to me as nice turned out to be a piece of junk. Rusty frame and the ta bad alternator. The salesman tried to downplay it and refused to fix it . Seemed like some shady dealings going down.
Salesperson openly admitted they had no knowledge about the vehicle I came to view. Unable to answer any concerns. Priced my trade as a base model but it was the highest trim package available with every option. Even went on to tell me, "I don't know how they do things in(where I'm from) but". Rather insulting service overall.
