Everyone of the staff members are amazing. Friendly and kind. Attentive to my needs. Dr Wallace takes the time to truly listen to you and doesn’t rush you. I would recommend him to everyone in need of a foot doctor or to someone that needs foot surgery. I think the longest wait I’ve had in his office is maybe 10 minutes. So with that I said, I’m amazed by Dr Wallace and his staff.

Dr Wallace and his staff are great!! I'm only giving them 2 stars because his billing company is down right aweful!! It's October 2023. I saw him in April of 2023. The billing office keeps sending me a bill for April.They didn't submit it to the insurance correctly 3 times!! You CANNOT bill a patient for something that's not resolved with the insurance. It's illegal!! The billing office lied and said I've never spoken to them ever. I've called 3 times. My insurance has talked to them twice and they deny having spoken to them... read more
Dr Wallace is a fantastic podiatrist. We live in Tecumseh, Ok and had a podiatrist in Shawnee, Ok. He didn’t work out for us so we switched to Dr. Wallace and we are very pleased with him and his staff. It’s out of area but we love Dr. Wallace so we don’t mind the drive. Highly recommend Dr. Wallace for your podiatrist needs.
All he wanted to do was foot injections , after he could no longer do those , he wanted to offer medication , always scheduled appointments to follow up , and the follow was never to discuss my treatment , always ended back to square one . I was only referred here because I was about to have surgery with another podiatrist but my insurance didn’t cover that facility, pretty much he thought his injections would fix everything so I started back over square one w/ Dr Wallace only for him to tell me needed more injections and MR... read more
