It was my first time at Dr Wallace facility. Nurse Alexis was compassionate about my nervousness. She was informational to my questions and concerns. Dr Wallace came in and told me what my choices was. To experience this for the first time was scary and amazing to me. Did not know there was an option for removal of a ingrown toenail. Do NOT let him inject your feet without testing, xrays, mri, first! I've had major issues with my feet since letting him do that. After the first round, i told him it wasn't better but he just did more injections. Both of my feet are completely numb now. At some point, I will not be able to walk anymore. Have been to several other doctors and there is no way to undo what he did. He completely misdiagnosed my issue and my feet are ruined. DO NOT LET HIM DO THAT TO YOU. I will live with this forever. Had to have foot injections I was really upset about it and didn’t want them but after getting no relief from the pain and not being able to work I broke down and got the injections they have given me a new life with being able to walk with out pain.
Everyone of the staff members are amazing. Friendly and kind. Attentive to my needs. Dr Wallace takes the time to truly listen to you and doesn’t rush you. I would recommend him to everyone in need of a foot doctor or to someone that needs foot surgery. I think the longest wait I’ve had in his office is maybe 10 minutes. So with that I said, I’m amazed by Dr Wallace and his staff.
