I have wanted to write a review for some time, but I have been fearful of retaliation. I apologize in advance for the long-winded review, but I want to let any new prospective tenants know to run from this place, or know what you may be getting into. I had lived at Wallace Farms since 2019. Up until the past year and a half, the new management Elm Grove Companies was picking up the slack from the original management company. Wonderful place to live at 1 of the best property managers. I have ever met Monica's a very sweet understanding woman. Who will not only help you with your home but With struggles and life This place is truly a blessing really nice to raise kids retire and specially for people with disabilities My husband and I have lived here almost 4 years and it's very quiet. Everyone's fairly nice but the best part is the management They help make this place feel like home.❤️

I moved in a year and a half ago. I did a review before I even moved in. Monica the manager is still great, Andre in maintenance doesn't slack off when maintenance requests come through and they are both very friendly. I am glad they called me to come here. I have been very happy here. I also feel safe.
