Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection

Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did this ENT Otolaryngologist recommend surgery too quickly? No

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Did this ENT Otolaryngologist promptly contact you with any test results? Yes, they were very promt Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I was so relieved when they offered me a remedy for my condition.Before I knew it I was feeling better. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.
