Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place!

Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, but its hard to find Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

Was this ENT Otolaryngologist able to diagnose your condition quickly? Yes Did this ENT Otolaryngologist consider your input when deciding on a treatment method? Yes, I felt very involved in my treatment Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
