Friendly and respectful Everyone at Suburban has been courteous, obliging, friendly and respectful. The Service Department, particularly Steve Eckstein and Danny Kukan, have been patient, courteous and have listened to and addressed my repair issues. Helpful in finding me the exact vehicle I was looking for a new Tahoe and was fortunate enough to meet John. He was extremely helpful in finding me the EXACT vehicle that I wanted.
