I too had Dr Spafford. Receptionist and the Dr. were efficient. In and out quicker than McDonald's....and about the same level of quality....bare minimum. These are not health care professionals...just health professionals....and won't care about this post...
Dr spafford has an awful receptionist. Not my experience but my fiance. She is extremely rude and unhelpful. My fiance had some complications after a surgery and she refused to let him speak to dr.spafford over the phone. She was incredibly rude and told my fiance he was "fine" to keep it a short story.
I would never recommend or go dr. Gordon Franke ever again. He does not listen to his patients. Right before my nose surgery I clearly told him not to put disolvable packing in my nose. When I woke up from surgery the nurses said he put one in then after my nose started to hemorrhage for 2 hours straight behind the packing. Which was the most horrible and grosses thing ever he put more packing not disolvable packing in ny nose while i was awake and man it hurt so vad.
