Our visit to Wallstreet Dentistry absolutely changed the way that my daughter had absolutely feared going to the dentist the last couple of years. I went in for a root canal and had been told the insurance would pay 100% but when I got there the girl said it wouldn't pay,but they had given me the estimate in writing, so I left and emailed the paper to her proving what the insurance would pay which was 100%. NO ONE ever called me to reschedule or apologize for my inconvenience! I called them the next day to make sure they got my email and they did get it,but never offered to make it right! I had been a patient at this office for almost 3 years, so my review is based of many experiences over time and not just one. They know me well enough that they recognize me when I come in the office. This is a cosmetic DENTAL office. And I’ll get into that a little more further down the line because there is not a true orthodontist in this office. This place is only concerned about money I have a tooth that needs pulled in fixed income and they will let you stay in pain because they are so greedy got to have all money up front no payment plan
