We should have listened to everyone who warned us about this company. All we can say is hire anyone else. Their prices are way over any other company, process is unpredictable and customer service is seriously lacking.
Loved the whole experience, they were professional, explained the whole process and made sure I got exactly what I wanted and needed! 100% recommend them to anyone wanting to get their flooring done.
Frustrating experience and poor communication resulted in us being forced to pick a 3rd choice in engineered hardwood, despite months of notice and us communicating our timeline to their team.
