New owners have really turned this place around – I love the new owners/management. They made some improvements to things since it was purchased a few months ago. They ran the riff-raff out and brought in a classy and sharp new woman (Jennifer) to run things! We wish we could take her with us to our next apartment. The real plus about this complex is that it's smaller than most others in the area, easy to get into and out of. No traffic jams, no maze of driveways. Nice swimming pool, maybe could be deeper. Worst property on the Frankford strip... you can do better – Location is very good, plano school district, and easy access to the Dallas Tollway. Unfortunately those are the only good things about the property. There are several sx offenders registered to this zip code 75287. The majority of them are child related. There have been numerous car break ins and also a shooting occurence. This informations is available to the public for free. do your research. You can do better than Walker's Mark.
