Always helpful and polite quick to ask if needs any additional information or questions. After a couple of trips know me by name. You can't say that about chain drug stores.
All of the staff go out of their way to be patient, understanding, and helpful. These days, that's hard to find.
The Walker Team is amazing. They greet you like you are family and a close friend. They worked on get my insurance to accept my prescription and they made it happen. There is not a time that I go in there that I’m not greeted by a smiling face. If they can’t get to me right then, they tell me it will be a minute & it’s usually not even a minute. They are the friendliest & most courteous people ever, all of them. They are also very helpful if you have an ailment & need the proper supplies. If you ever have a personal question about your meds there is a private area for doing so. I wouldn’t hesitate without a doubt in my mind to recommend Walker’s Drug Store to anyone!
I have only been in town two weeks mind you. Stopped in to get some things for a cold. From the moment I stepped into the store I was greeted with a smile and a “Good day! Welcome to walker drugs.” Everyone is so friendly and helpful there. Just a great atmosphere! They have a great selection to choose from. Everything I needed was right there. The place is well staffed and very knowledgeable. I did not have to wait at all, was an expeditious stop. Great first experience, looking forward to going back!
Excellent service, great employees who always make you feel welcome! Its never a chore to come in. 10/10 would come back!
