Terrible customer service! I didn't have but a $3 savings in 3yrs so I called & come to find out a rewritten policy saved me $110 a month! Glad they looked out for me at every 6 months at my policy renewal time LOL *Also most companies offer a discount for auto pay but it's a $2 extra monthly fee
Terrible customer service! I didn't have but a $3 savings in 3yrs so I called & come to find out a rewritten policy saved me $110 a month!! I go in the office pay another fee to start (between 7/5 - 7/29 $383.50) & then I get a bill on the first saying my OLD premium of almost $250 will be deducted in 3dys. Email sent, tried to phone no answer & no call back so Another office visit where they'll be lost & not know why I'm there..... ***Most companies offer a discount for auto pay but it's a $2 extra monthly fee
