We had a house listed for sale with Walker Realty. We were unable to sell so we decided to rent and had them manage the property since we live out of state. The tenants they found had to be forcefully removed after not paying rent for 2 months. The house had a hole in the wall, garbage and trash was stored in garage for months and oder was in the floor. I wish I could give negative stars. I moved to Oxford for my job and needed to rent a house. I own several rental properties myself. I have never seen a more unprofessional or terrible property management firm. I would never treat my tenants the way Walker Realty has treated me.
Unprofessional to say the least.
