do not do any business with this guy. I made a reservation for a house in Fort Lauderdale Florida and because of the COVID 19 I had to cancel and it has already been 3 months and I still have not received my refund of $ 1,262.21 justified by saying that I already made the return which said refund was never processed.
Jeff has been managing our rental property for 2 years. Unfortunately our experience with them was not stellar. Maybe we had to high of expectations. We expected our house to be kept how we handed over to them but sadly it wasn't.
I had experience with Jeffrey Walker in regards to a rental property. I rarely will take the time to write a bad review but this guy is border line scammer from what I have seen. He attempted to manipulate a situation in order to get a large sum of money from me. He does not reply well to inquiry’s or questions or issues. I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional wanting to get money from someone while providing nothing. Horrible customer, We did work on his boat that he owns and refuses to pay for it. Will not contact us back, return calls, emails nothing just keeps disputing the payment but has no complaint of the work that was done.
