Manager always absent. Only there to collect rent. Since all Solis has Been there a lot of low life druggies moved in. A lot of drug dealing, selling stolen merchandise and prostitutes. The worst part was manager allowing Crackheads to terrorize the elderly. Most of the renters have public housing vouchers. So they don't work. Not a good place for working people with families.
