Our family has changed to Walker Pharmacy. The staff are so polite and helpful. Love that we can walk in and be out in 10 minutes. You don't have to wait an hour or longer. Twice at Walgreens we were given the wrong medication for one of our children. We have never encountered this problem here. So happy to have you in Walker. We definitely needed a pharmacy that truly cares about their customers and not just money. We have recommended other family members whom have also switched to them and love them as well.
Need to have drive thru customers move quicker. Drop off come back not sit while filling prescription.
Too many customers not enough staff, that's been twice now I've been running late for work because I was in line to pick up a rx. Need one person to man drive thru and one to man the inside. But I don't see that happening.
I won't go back for the fact that my prescription is $9 per month at Walmart and is $36 per month at Walker Pharmacy. Big difference for the same meds.
We were having so much trouble with other pharmacies getting my sons medication on time monthly. He can't miss a day, I called Walker Pharmacy the sweet lady said she would do her best to help us. They always have Aaron's meds ready the day before every time. Thank you all so much. Great and friendly service always.
Had a sick kid and had never had anything for him filled there before and they took insurance and had it filled within 5 mins. Very fast service and friendly staff.
