Absolutely horrible customer service. Every time I need to get my medicine refilled there is a problem. For over a year my name has been changed... yet every time I go to get my medicine they can’t find it because it is under another name. They lied to me saying my doctor never sent the prescriptions. Then tried to cover it up saying it was under my “old” last name. But then said they DID have my prescriptions under BOTH name. I spoke with Mike who was no help at all. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. After a major surgery, they were the only pharmacy in the area that had my prescription in stock. I also had an issue filling a prescription due to insurance not wanting to cover it and the pharmacist worked it all out and I was able to get my prescription. Very grateful for a caring and compassionate staff and pharmacists.
Amazing staff who really care. I wasn't able to get back to town to get our sons meds who was very sick....They actually delivered it to our home! Best Pharmacy EVER!
They seemed at first to be more customer service oriented than they have proven to be. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired and I sure won't pay for what I've gotten from there anymore. James Drugs, here I come.
