Service advisor Chris Wright was very helpful, resourceful, and very kind to work with.
I have had to bring my vehicle in multiple times (unfortunately) and the service department has been helpful every step of the way. If there ever was an issue it was addressed and taken care of. Specifically, Brissa, Chad, and Bobby were always kind and helpful.
My service person was Derek. He provided excellent service and provided explanations of what to expect and the importance of the immediate repairs. He made sure that I was valued as a customer in their family environment. Thank you Derek Jeter! He is a great Service Advisor!
Bought a 2020 yukon denali only had it 2 weeks check engine light came on had it put in a dealership shop needed new fuel injection rail new fuel injector an had bent valves stay in shop for 3 weeks.was over 13 thousand to fix walked didn't try to help getting fixed will never go back to walker dealership or recommend anyone else to... here's the Vin number you asked for 1GKS1CKJ3LR284290 the salesman Larry ficklin was notified of the problems said would have to talk to his manager we never received any other response..
