Bought a 2020 yukon denali only had it 2 weeks check engine light came on had it put in a dealership shop needed new fuel injection rail new fuel injector an had bent valves stay in shop for 3 weeks.was over 13 thousand to fix walked didn't try to help getting fixed will never go back to walker dealership or recommend anyone else to... here's the Vin number you asked for 1GKS1CKJ3LR284290 the salesman Larry ficklin was notified of the problems said would have to talk to his manager we never received any other response..
This is my 2nd vehicle from Walker Automotive in 2 years and I couldn't be more happy with the attention and dedication to customer service. Alexis Johnson worked quickly to have my truck ready for delivery by Friday which made for a great weekend. They were able to secure me a loan at a lower rate than I could find on my own and everything was done professionally and no drama. I dont plan on having to buy another vehicle for sometime but I will use Walker again. Eric Moran is running a great dealership!
I have never been so disappointed as I have with this dealership. I am a nurse who works in Alexandria, LA. My XT4 electrician system shut down on holiday. It was towed here , $1500 later they replaced my BCM without programming back to original mileage. I spoke to a manager named Buster , very rude and yell at me for asking why couldn’t my odometer settings be restored. If you have a choice , DONT ever recommend coming here.
