I moved out of this apartment after completing a 12-month lease. Two months after leaving, I was surprised to receive a call stating that my security deposit was not enough to cover cleaning costs and that I owed an additional amount.I disputed this charge, as in every place I’ve previously lived, such conditions were considered normal wear and tear. I just recently moved back to Baltimore from DC after a couple of years for school and I couldnt have been happier with the decision I made with this apartment. Like many, I hate moving but Kayla and Dejia were the absolute best in making this process smooth for me.
