One of the worst people i have ever dealt with. Kathy walker basically denied us to see a property. She had no idea what our fico score was or our net take home income. She basically acted like i was wasting her time. I really dont recomend using people like this. I have owned my properties for over 2 decades. This by far the worst real estate person have dealt with. We where denied straight out the gate. Told they had a app. But it was still available.
