I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience absolutely warrants it. From start to finish, the customer service was shockingly poor. Communication was slow, unhelpful, and at times completely dismissive. When issues came up, there was no sense of urgency or accountability—just canned responses and zero follow-through. Stayed downtown in Austin at one of their houses and was blown away. The location was amazing and the service was incredible. I highly recommend staying with them for your Hill Country vacation.

I had an incredible stay on Lake Austin in one of their homes. When working with their team online and over the phone they were extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them for your vacation rentals when visiting Austin. I’m exciting for my next trip.

I am writing to make all customers aware of the extreme safety concern we experienced while staying at a Walker Luxury Vacation rental that endangered the lives of 10 guests including 4 children, 1 of which is an infant. We were unable to stay at the property for not even 24 hours due to the endangerment of our lives. On the first night of our stay, multiple smoke alarms began to go off.
