Update to Original Review/ Response: Any professional mold inspection company would confirm that one indoor air sample from one section of a 4,000 sq ft house is not representative of the spore count in the air of the entire property. It is disturbing that you did not test the air in the master bedroom/ bathroom (located by the kitchen) where there is noticeable water damage in the walls (conducive to mold growth inside said walls) and dizziness was experienced. We loved the pool and the layout of the house. We had a few issues with cracked dishes and not all the kitchen utensils were clean. Overall, it was a good house and we had a great time.

My family was truly looking forward to our stay with Walker Luxury Rentals. Unfortunately, I had to cancel due to the sudden and devastating death of someone incredibly close to me. I had purchased travel insurance through their recommended provider and submitted the claim along with a formal death certificate, but it was denied due to a technicality in the original guest agreement, which didn’t list the deceased traveler.
