12 weeks no car and poor customer service with attitude. Purchased a used 2016 Kia Soul on 4/12/23 with known engine recall, I was unaware of. Everything seemed fine until I got a call that my 15 year old daughter 8/8/23 that she and my 8 year old son broke down on side the road in 115 degree weather. Made a diagnosis appointment for the 6th of Oct 22. On the 4th it was put in the system "to be looked at" so they say. Went in person today 10th of Oct 22 and they told me it's showing 23 codes but can't give me nothing on paper showing how they came up with 23 codes. Car was never pulled in for diagnostic test. I spoke with Nora. She was just making excuses. I spoke with the service manager Sam and got nothing for an answer. Nobody could tell or show me nothing on paper backing up the codes they came up with. I'm disappoint... read more

Customer was informed at time of drop off Oct 6th due to shop capacity it would be 7-14 days before any diagnostic will be performed. We have an diagnostic and estimate completed within 3 working days and have left the customer a V.M 10/11/22 to review the estimates for repair.
