Sprinkler system winterization. Call several times with detailed messages... no answer. Unrespectable. Lousy way to maintain customer relationships.
I have tried and tried to like this company. Completely unresponsive to multiple messages. Then sends a technician weeks after I left message after message with no contact and after having to find another company to fix my problem. Then sends an invoice. One hundred percent unprofessional. Laughable service at best. I wouldn’t recommend this company to fix a garden hose.
