Kelly and her team are very calm, knowledgeable, and friendly. They answered every question I had about my bunion surgery which healed nicely. The staff she works with in Jackson to perform the surgery was also very wonderful people. This surgery required a nerve block which I had never experienced, but I felt at ease in their care.
I was anxious about having my feet examined for chronic pain, but when I called Brooke was kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease. When I had my appointment, Dr. Walker was compassionate, empathically listened to my concerns, gave me options for immediate relief of the pain in my feet and explained the procedures I would need. It is also convenient that they have an x-ray machine in the clinic. I would highly recommend this clinic for any issues with foot or ankle pain. I'm grateful I went.
Beware. That offer no patient bathrooms. An elderly patient was recently forced to wet her clothing in the waiting area, because they refused access to a bathroom. Simply disgusting.
Dr. Kelly Walker was great. She diagnost my problem immediately. She thoroughly explained the measures to take and the aids that I would need to solve my problem. I could not have been more satisfied after my visit. I highly recommend her. Her staff was very nice and professional.
