I only went out to the carnival the prices are extremely to high for a wrist band..... I used to be able to get me and a couple of friends in and wristbands when we were in high school. These days I have to spend a Lil over $100 for myself, both my boy's, and my nephew to ride rides!! If a carney is going to run the bungee jump thing then you should be able to use tickets or a wristband for it!!

This was our first year cooking in the Walker County cook off and we had a blast. The committee was very helpful in anything we needed the only down fall I would have to say was when it came to quite time but other then that it was very fun we are definitely gonna be out there next year.

This was our first year to do the Cook off and due to the amount of stupidity and very loudly played obscene music, we probably won't be back next year. We brought it to the attention of the Walker County Fair staff and we were told that they really couldn't control what kind of music people played. REALLY???? My understanding is that these were 4H and FHA students with their adult sponsors and yet the music had the Ni_g_r word, f_c_, pu_s_, di_k and other vulgarity.
